Batman: You almost sneaked up on me. Not many people can do that.
Spoiler: So I can count on you if I ever need a character reference.

(Sorry for the summary, I could not do otherwise because Stephanie has done little in this issue :( )
Robin trains in a monastery with other students to sharpen their combat skills. Lady Shiva intervenes to confront the Legless Master of the house (yes, seriously) and fight him to the death. Tim is forced to flee and Shiva kills the master. She is coming for Dava (a female student Tim has befriended) next.
Robin finds Dava (who wants to restore justice in TransBelvia with her skills to prevent a military coup dictatorship). Tim points out nobody's hands are clean in the TransBelvian war. Meanwhile, King Snake is providing military aid for TransBelvia. Tim goes along with Dava, wanting to protect her from Shiva. But he wonders if Dava will kill her enemies, and if he'll be able to stand by and let that happen. Someone, however, is watching him in a veiwfinder.
During all these events, in Gotham City, Tim Drake is missing. Jack Drake visits Bruce Wayne for news before announcing the bad news to Ariana. Bruce becomes Batman, and is worrying over Tim's situation when he sees Stephanie, who asks him where Robin is. Batman orders her to forget being Spoiler once and for all. Steph is not impressed.
