Extra-sized 75th issue with Mary Redhorn's journal now with the Feds, Blüdhaven is rocked to the core when mass indictments come down for the upper echelons of Blüdhaven politics all the way down through the city court judges and B.P.D. sending a mass ripple effect through the infrastructure of Blüdhaven. With the city's police department in chaos, street gangs try to assert themselves, making for a very long night for our hero. Added to the mix is a new rooftop vigilante with a familiar costume.
Summary of Stephness: Nightwing reflects on other crime fighters such as Spoiler after Tarantula asks him if he feels the streets are no place for a novice. Nightwing tells Tarantula to join the B.P.D. if she wants a career in Law Enforcement and leave this side of the blue line to him.
