Steph stumbled upon Lynx and her gang, the Ghost Dragons, hiding out at an arcade, planning to expand their operations to the suburbs. Determined to head it off, she contacted Tim for help and they fought Lynx and several henchmen in Robin #41. They eventually defeated the gang by going after them with a giant ball.
