Hawk and Dove are Hank Hall and Dawn Granger respectively, both conduits of chaos and order, the more agressive Hawk contrasting with the peaceful Dove. They have superhuman powers.

On Oracle's request, Steph teams up with Birds of Prey members Dove and Hawk to keep Vicki Vale alive and go after the Seven Men of Death.

The three of them win the fight and overtake the assassins.
