Batman commits a shocking act that will alter his relationship with the G.C.P.D.! And while Selina fights for her turf against the Ravens, the Dark Knight races toward a meeting that will swing the war in his favor — even though he's unknowingly about to aid his biggest enemy!
Summary of Stephness: Steph gets more torture porn treatment. Selina internally monologues about how Stephanie's mistake is ultimately Bruce's responsibility. Steph escapes.
Behind the Scenes: Even though Selina reasonably reacts to Bruce's treatment of Steph - that is to say, she plans to upbraid him sternly, as he deserves - after War Games concludes, she pretty much ignores her interactions with Steph and her anger with Bruce (Catwoman #37).
