		+	The action takes place after the end of No Man's Land. The young prodigy is on a mission with him who was the first Robin's Dick Grayson aka Nightwing. Cest two prodigies are on a mission against crime not far from the port and once defeated opponents, Robin confesses his anxiety about his future with Nightwing. The next day, Tim Drake has learn what college will be and the date of his departure by his father.He enjoys his last night in Gotham City to see one last time patrolling the streets and Spoiler comes to see him admit that he was unable to return to Gotham City the night before a good time and give him a kiss before an alarm can ring on a small grocery store, the two justices conquer the two thieves before they say goodbye one last time. Robin returned home and was surprised to see Batman that he will announce that he will send him something from his part time at his university in Brentwood. Once in college, he visited the scene and quickly discovers his co-tenant who is Ali Bin Khadir. This will show him his servant while Tim wondered what Bruce could send him from him and he will be very glad to see Alfred Pennyworth in person to serve as a servant for him.

		+	The action in this issue is always in the no man's land with a robin caught by men of Croc and tied to the limousine and the crocodile man who lies between a duel with the penguin territory (along with Harvey Bullock and Renee Montoya). Smoke Balls are thrown at the limo of forcing Croc Croc and his men leave the vehicle. In the panic, Alfred benefits to free Robin ties while Killer Croc rushes to the Penguin and his men and the police to seize the territory of the Penguin.
		+	A fierce battle between Killer Croc and the Penguin and Bullock and Montoya ends with the temporary victory of the police against the monster until he escapes again and this fois_ci fights against Robin, the young prodigy will use force the monster to the trap and emepecher to go further after avaoir buckled into a car. Once back in his den with Bruce's butler, Alfred, Tim sends a call to his father which he replied that it is in the forbidden zone in Gotham City, his father, Jack Drake, take it badly and decides to using television to search for Gotham City, which is even more troubled young prodigy in Robin's mission in the future.
		+	Meanwhile, Stephanie stayed with her and sees her mother arrived, her mother tries to understand why his daughter sees the boy masked what Stephanie did not explain to him because it will respond that this would take too long to explain and it do not understand.

Sounds like Gates has a lot of passion for the character- and considering he's the guy who turned Supergirl from a complete mess to a strong superhero (well, okay, he had some help from Tony Bedard and Kelley Puckett, but he's the one who really made it stick) that can only mean a great ride for Steph. AND it looks like she'll be playing a role in issue #4 of the mini as well as #3!
